About Encore MK

Encore MK is a Community Interest Company (CIC) helping children build confidence through creativity. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to feel confident, included and inspired.

That's why we've created a welcoming, supportive creative environment where children can make friends, discover new interests and enjoy trying something new. Whether they're singing, dancing, creating artwork or making films, every child is encouraged to get involved in a way that feels right for them.

Our first creative programme took place in Milton Keynes in summer 2026, bringing children together for five days of creativity, friendship and fun, culminating in a special Family Showcase.

As a Community Interest Company, any surplus we generate is reinvested into creating more opportunities for children and families across Milton Keynes.

Meet The Team

Created by parents. Delivered by experienced educators and wellbeing experts

Encore MK is led by a team with decades of combined experience in education, safeguarding, SEND, wellbeing and the creative arts.

As parents ourselves, we understand how important it is to find holiday activities where children feel safe, supported and genuinely excited to take part. We've created the kind of smaller, nurturing environment we'd be happy to send our own children to—one where every child feels welcome, valued and encouraged to shine.

Hayley Stimpson

Founder & Creative Director

Hayley founded Encore MK after seeing first-hand the lasting impact creative opportunities can have on children's confidence and wellbeing. Inspired by her late mum's performing arts school, Spectrum Arts MK, she hopes Encore MK will continue that legacy by helping today's children build confidence, friendships and lifelong memories through creativity. Hayley brings experience in wellbeing, marketing, project management and community engagement, helping turn Encore MK's vision into reality.
